Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and decorated with beautiful antiques and Colombian art, although lacking a balcony or terrace. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The central location was perfect for exploring Cartagena, even though it could get noisy on weekends due to neighborhood bars. The dining options were satisfactory but nothing outstanding. Overall, a great value for the price paid.
The hotel offers stellar rooms filled with a large wooden desk where we checked in, including the bar and restaurant. However, there is a complete lack of privacy in the rooms, and the mini-bar is old-fashioned and overpriced.
I stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms were huge with lovely bathrooms and very comfortable beds, but there could have been more lights. The service was outstanding, with staff willing to go the extra mile to provide top-notch service. The location was excellent, allowing easy access to most attractions despite being quiet. The dining was decent, with tasty but variable-sized dishes. The facilities were overall good.
